The Naked Truth Film – the Cast of the Victoria Woodhull Movie Announced

The Victoria Woodhull movie titled The Naked Truth reimagines Victoria Woodhull as America’s first political femme fatale, a magnetic force who seduced the public with her ideas and terrified men of power.

Atlanta, GA — August 2025 — Vireon Films today announced the first cast members for its daring new feature, The Naked Truth: The Victoria Woodhull Movie, a fearless courtroom drama that brings to life America’s first female presidential candidate who was silenced in her own time, but impossible to ignore today. The feature, written and directed by Victoria lynn Weston (America’s Victoria, Free Lover), is slated for production in Georgia under SAG-AFTRA’s Low Budget Agreement.

Also joining the cast of the Victoria Woodhull movie:

• Brady Rogers (I Married a Replacement Bride) as Everett Lowell, the razor-tongued prosecutor whose sinister tactics heighten the trial’s drama.
• Owen Correll (Lifetime’s My Family’s Killer Affairs) as Emory Sinclair, a boyish lawyer out of his depth, forced to rise as Woodhull’s unlikely defender.
• Brian Childers (Lifetime’s The Lies We Bury) as Judge Barnaby, the robed maestro of the courtroom, concealing bias and fascination behind judicial restraint. Childers also appeared in Weston’s The Note.
• Matthew Cornwell as Anthony Comstock, the zealous crusader who weaponized federal law in a ruthless bid to silence Woodhull.

Casting is currently underway for the pivotal roles of Reverend Henry Ward Beecher and Colonel James Blood, with plans to attach additional high-profile talent.

The Naked Truth novella is expected to be released in September which is based on the screenplay.
